Announcement - Amendment of international call rates for mobile telephony

Epic announces the following, pursuant to its obligation under Article 69 of the Law 112(I)/2004.

As of the 15th May 2022 (“Effective Date”), mobile telephony charges to international destinations as well as the Text Message charge (to any International destination) will be amended for all Epic’s post-paid subscribers (residential and business). The current charges are currently posted at www.epic.com.cy/en/page/rJRbz4TT/mobile-international-rates

Notes:

(1) All rates include VAT 19%.

(2) The new charges will be published on epic’s website at www.epic.com.cy from the day Effective Date.

(3) In case a Subscriber does not accept all or any of the amendments above, he/she has the right to terminate the Agreement without any penalty (except from any remaining instalments for the purchase of terminal equipment, which become immediately payable upon termination), within thirty (30) days from the date of the present announcement, by notifying epic in writing stating that the reason of termination is the non-acceptance of the amendments.
