Announcement regarding epic’s bill settlements

Epic announces the following, pursuant to its obligation under Article 69 of the Law 112(I)/2004.

From 01/01/2021, all monthly bill payments over the counter at epic stores or at selected distributors or by phone at 136, will incur a fee of €0.99 per invoice payment.

Αlternative methods of payments:

- Via Direct Debit: you need to activate the command by visiting any epic store.

- Via internet using a credit card: via my epic Application or epic’s Pay portal or the JCC Smart website or via a link that will be emailed to you by epic. The activation of receiving the email with the link for payment every month can be done through the Customer Service Center at 136 or in any epic Store.

Notes:

(1) All rates include VAT 19%.
(2) The new charges will be published on epic’s website at www.epic.com.cy from the day of their enforcement.
(3) In case a Subscriber does not accept all or any of the amendments above, he/she has the right to terminate the Agreement without any penalty (except from any remaining instalments for the purchase of terminal equipment, which become immediately payable upon termination), within thirty (30) days from the date of the present announcement, by notifying epic in writing stating that the reason of termination is the non-acceptance of the amendments.
