Announcement - Amendment of the out of bundle rates

Today 1st of April 2021, epic announces the following as its obligation according to Article 69 of the Law 112(I)/2004

As of 1st of May 2021, the out of bundle charges for calls to all national destinations for all subscribers of Small and Medium mobile plans of epic will be modified as set out below:

Also, the call charges above are quoted per minute and will be charged per 30-second increments (instead of 20 second increments).

Notes:

(1)   All rates include VAT 19%.

(2)   The new rates will be published on the epic website www.epic.com.cy on the effective date.

(3)   In case of any Subscriber that does not accept any of the amendments, he/she has the right to terminate the Agreement without any penalty (except from any remaining installments for the purchase of any terminal equipment, which are immediately payable in case of termination), within thirty (30) days from the date of this announcement, by notifying epic in writing stating that the reason of termination is the non-acceptance of the amendments.
