Automatic transfer to New Mobile Broadband plans for business customers

Epic announces the following, pursuant to its obligation under the relevant legislation.  

As of the 6th of June, business customers with non-commercially available Mobile Internet plans will automatically be migrated to the new Mobile Broadband plans with more inclusive data and no change on the monthly fee. Each affected customer in relation to each of these plans will be contacted by their Epic account manager to be informed of their new plan and exact plan change date.  

The Subscribers will retain their monthly fee until they proceed with a change of their current plan. In this case they will be charged with the nominal monthly fee at the time of change.

Notes:  

1.         Any additional Mobile Service currently activated on the Subscribers’ lines will remain active and so will the additional charges which do not relate to the above.  

2.         In case an existing business mobile internet plan Subscriber proceeds with a change of the non-commercially available plan to a new plan prior to the 06th June 2023, then the automatic migration will not take place.  

3.         All rates include VAT 19%.  

4.         All rates are published on EPIC website www.epic.com.cy on the effective date.  

5.         In case any subscriber does not accept any of the amendments, he/she has the right to terminate the Agreement without any penalty within thirty (30) days from the date of the present announcement, by notifying Epic in writing stating that the reason of termination is the non-acceptance of the amendments.
