The role:
We are currently looking for a dynamic, energetic and forward-thinking Business Analyst to join our Strategic Products Management function. Working on a variety of different and complex projects as a Business Analyst you will be involved in the full project lifecycle from Concept to Realization. The successful candidate will play an important role in enabling the business to deliver products, solutions and to transform business operations.
Your Responsibilities:
• Lead assigned projects and initiatives and bring your experience to enable the successful product development and delivery
• Coordinate workshops, collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing product, Customer Experience, Operations, Technology) in order to understand the business needs and procedures and to translate them into technology driven initiatives that help the business achieve its goals
• Understand, translate and define business requirements into functional specifications and product requirements, as the lead Product Owner of the assigned projects
• Collaborate closely and be the liaison with external industry partners to achieve project milestones and deliverables
• Establish project plans and provide structured progress tracking to ensure successful deliveries
• Be part of multi-disciplinary teams of other analysts, developers, testers, business teams etc.
• In collaboration with Core Segments Owners to design the commercialization of the project and design how this will be entering the core product management teams

Your Profile:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technology Consulting or Product Management
• Experience in building requirements for systems’ implementations – including but not limited to user journey definitions, functional design and specifications, file specifications, user flow diagrams etc.
• Proven experience working with third parties for projects’ implementation, integration and/or Migration projects
• Degree level education preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Information System Management or similar
• Understanding of web and mobile technologies, web services, APIs.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork. Able to interact with cross-functional business teams as well as to closely cooperating with virtual teams.
