Epic is seeking for a Fixed Support Representative responsible for following up, resolving and executing requests and ensuring the best quality of service and image.
• Confers with customer by phone to deal with service requests matters
• Resolves Billing, Service and Technical issues and liaise with designated departments for investigation
• Execute subscriber’s service request(s) (change plan, add services) according to company policies and procedures
• Modifies the features/ services according to the customer’s request.
• Report to the Supervisor any alarming complaint and identify factors that may be leading to inefficient performance.
• Propose solutions to a problem or customer request and provide information to the necessary departments involved.
• Follow up with various tickets in the specific department
Qualifications, Skills & experience:
• BSc in Engineering or IT related field will be considered as an advantage
• 2 years of relevant customer service experience will be considered an advantage
• Experience in fixed services and products will be considered an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken Greek and English
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer Skills
